At the Farmers' Market

There’s a community spirit at farmers’ markets that’s joyful and uplifting.
Friends and neighbors meet serendipitously while the buzz of outdoor activity entertains the kids. Shopping for healthy foods and learning how to prepare
and cook them becomes a rich part of life; so does knowing how the farmer grows. Stop for a leisurely snack and wander around the merchant stands too.

Silver Lake Farms sells freshly cut flowers at local farmers’ markets listed
to the right. (Produce coming soon.) Everything is harvested day of market. 
Sweet Peas and their heavenly perfume, as well as other cool-weather flowers (anemones, ranunculus, etc.), are available February thru June, followed by
summer-loving blooms, which change every year.

You’ll find Silver Lake Farms at market from Jan/Feb thru June/July. We grow using environmentally sustainable methods.
